Florida Trip

I had been Florida in US during the early part of April this year for nearly a week. Florida is a damn amazing place.
My KREC class-mate Vasanth joined me over there. We had super time over there visiting theme park, driving along the sea, swimming in the beaches, dancing in the night clubs. There were babes, babes & babes all around Florida!!!
We initially landed at the Orlando airport, which is supposedly the busiest airport in US. Orlando has lots & lots of theme parks but we decided to visit Bush Gardens at Tampa instead. So, we drove down to Tampa in the mid-night. We had great time in Bush Gardens with all the dangerous rides & wild animals. It had the world’s highest vertical fall ride of which you can see the photos. The most memorable part was the movie at the 4-D theatre. We watched a movie called Pirates which was a 3-D movie. We were wearing 3-D glasses. But, the theatre has real 3-D effects. We used to really get drenched with water when the pirates were getting drenched in the movie! When the pirates fall into the pit of crabs we could really feel the crabs biting our feet! It was a wonderful experience.

We later drove down to Clearwater beach. It’s a very clean & clear beach with white and clean sand. I took couple of good snaps over there. Next day we drove down to Miami which is to the south of Florida. The color of the water there was quite wonderful. It was bluish green like the once I used to see in post cards. We stayed in Miami for two days. We visited a nice night club over there which had an electrifying atmosphere!. The atmosphere in Miami is terrific. All the people on the streets will be in relaxed holiday mood. You can even find people skating on the roads at middle of the night. One should be there to experience it. Night life is superb there with lots of night clubs and restaurants open all the night.
After spending couple of days in Miami we drove down to Key West. Key West is out of the US main land. It is the southern most point of US. It’s a group of Islands south of Miami which is very near to Caribbean. The most amazing thing is that roads have been built connecting the island strips and we could actually drive down over the strip of islands!! The roads go over the water & the track was so amazing that at some places I used to feel that the road is actually lower than the water level! Key West is a very hot tourist spot with lots of water activities. We could see lots & lots of boats all over the place. It’s really very cheap to hire boats here. Even water sports over here is damn cheap. I would suggest Key West for anyone planning for a great honeymoon. We didn’t really have much time to spend here. A weeks time at Key West will be awesome & it won’t be very heave on your purse!
Last day Vasanth had left for his place & I was alone at Florida. I spent my time driving around Orlando. I visited Cocoa Beach & few beaches at the Canaveral National Seashore area.
